Jack Bleier

Partner & Managing Attorney

Jack Bleier's practice includes representation of clients in both residential and commercial real estate transactions, lease negotiations, business entity formations, and business sales and acquisitions.  Mr. Bleier also represents major lenders in the tri-state area. As managing partner, Jack Bleier believes in a hands-on approach and delivers personal service to his diverse clientele. 

Mr. Bleier joined the firm in 1980 following his graduation from Albany Law School.  He is member in good standing of the New York State Bar Association and is admitted to practice in Federal and NY state courts. 

Associate Attorney

Daniel Sabzanov is experienced in all aspects of real estate law, representing buyers, sellers and lenders for purchases, sales and refinances. He also practices estate work, creating wills and trusts for his clients. 

Mr. Sabzanov received his JD degree from Rutgers Law School and is admitted to the New York State Bar. He also holds a BA in Economics from St. John's University.
